Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility while ensuring fairness for all guests and our small hospitality team.


Standard Cancellation Terms

  • Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in. Guests who cancel at least 5 full days before the local check-in time (e.g., 3:00 PM) will receive a full refund of the nightly rate and cleaning fee.
  • Cancellations made within 5 days of check-in will receive a 50% refund of the price per night for all nights except the first night, which is non-refundable.
  • If the guest cancels after check-in, any unused nights are non-refundable.


Example

  • Check-in: Saturday at 3:00 PM
  • Cancellation by: Monday 3:00 PM (same week) → Full refund
  • Cancellation after Monday at 3:00 PM → The first night is non-refundable; 50% refund for the remaining nights
