House Rules

Welcome to The Bliss Apartments – We're happy to host you! To ensure all guests have a peaceful and pleasant stay, we kindly ask you to read and respect the following house rules:


🏠 General Behavior

  • Treat the apartment and its furnishings with care, as if they were your own.
  • Parties or events are not permitted. The apartments are intended for relaxation and rest.
  • Only registered guests are allowed on the premises, unless otherwise agreed with management.
  • Avoid loud noises, loud music, or disturbances, especially at night.


💤 Quiet Hours

To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone:

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
  • Please respect the rest of neighbors and other guests, especially when entering or leaving the building at night.


🚭 No Smoking

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments and in common areas.
  • Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas.
  • In case of odor or traces of smoke inside, an extraordinary cleaning fee may be applied.


🧼 Cleaning and Waste

  • We ask that you leave the apartment in a decent condition upon check-out.
  • Dispose of waste in the appropriate containers or follow local disposal instructions.
  • Daily cleaning is not included, but can be requested for a supplement.


🧳 Check-In e Check-Out

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: by 11:00 a.m. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know—we'll do our best to accommodate you!


🛠️ Damage or Problem

  • Please report any damage, faults, or problems as soon as possible so that we can respond quickly.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused intentionally or negligently during their stay.


🐾 Pets

  • Pets are not allowed unless agreed in writing prior to booking.
  • Some units may be suitable for small pets upon request.


🧾 Identification and Local Regulations

  • All guests must present a valid ID (passport or identity card) for registration, as required by Italian law.
  • We may be required to share certain guest information with local authorities.
